I was asked by a couple who were downsizing to a smaller 1970’s style home to create a design plan including colour scheme for their new home. Their new home required a complete renovation including removing walls to make the kitchen, dining, living area into a large open plan space with indoor-outdoor flow. I redesigned another spacious area into a new laundry, scullery off the kitchen and main bathroom, and redesigned a spacious ensuite into a smaller ensuite and walk-in-robe.
“David and I asked Elizabeth to help us with the interior design of our new home and we couldn’t be happier. Her suggestions have been terrific, her colour palette is excellent and her patience with our mind-changing admirable. We would unhesitatingly recommend Elizabeth and e d interiors.”

I was asked to project manage the refurbishment of an apartment on behalf of a client’s elderly father. I created a design plan that met the client’s criteria for neutrals, yet still managed to be stylish. I also set in place a timetable for the builder, painters, curtain-makers and flooring specialists, as well as complete project management.
“When my father moved into full time residential care, the family was confronted with a design and decorating nightmare, as his apartment was in need of complete refurbishment – and none of us had the time or expertise to do the work. Elizabeth produced a design scheme that met our criteria for neutrals, but that still managed to be stylish. She also set in place a timetable for the builder, painters, curtain-makers and flooring specialists and the payment for her services included complete project management. We were all very impressed with Elizabeth’s work and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.”

I was asked to create a design plan, including colour scheme for a couple who were relocating permanently to their beach house. The design plan needed to suit the beach environment and included selecting and sourcing paint for a French Wash, fabrics, upholstery and wallpaper.
“Elizabeth has been an awesome person to work with in decorating my beach house – she has taken my thoughts and ideas on what I wanted to achieve and sourced and found some amazing materials and wallpaper. The results are just what I imagined they would look like. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Elizabeth as she delivered samples, organised making of cushions as well as covering of a bedroom chair and liaising with Porter’s Paints on “how to” create the special effect I wanted. Everything was delivered to my door with a smile and true honest “no trouble at all” attitude.”
